SWOP’s CP4P Chicago Lawn Thanksgiving Celebration

“This will be SWOP CP4P’s Thanksgiving celebration hosted at our very own office. We will providing information on resources and services, warm food and beverages, and other Fall activities that are family-friendly. We will be partnering with other local organizations on 63rd Street to help create a safe space and fun experience for children and families.
