Breakthrough is hosting a Turkey Giveaway at our annual Harvest Happenings. In order to receive a turkey you must reside in the zip code of 60612 or 60624 AND sign up for a turkey. You can sign up at Breakthrough’s Fresh Market on 11/3 and 11/8 from 5pm-7pm. Fresh Market address is 3334 W. Carroll
*The actual giveaway will be November 19th at Breakthrough Familyplex
