“POSTPONED”-Public Equity- Eberhart Comes Alive: Chatham Wellness and Block Party

We are bringing the block club party to 7900 S Eberhart with wellness at the center of it all. Free health resources, mental health support, movement, music, food, and space for families to slow down and be together. This is Chatham showing up for Chatham, turning the block into a place of celebration, care, and connection.
