Explore some of the research behind CP4P’s impact on gun violence

The Northwestern Neighborhood & Network Initiative (N3) at Northwestern University’s Institute for Policy Research is the research partner for Communities Partnering 4 Peace (CP4P). N3’s research on CP4P focuses on examining the impact of the program on the lives of participants and levels of gun violence in the Chicago neighborhoods serviced by CP4P.

Preliminary Individual Results: “CP4P successfully locates those people at highest risk of being victims of gun violence, potentially increases positive outcomes such as more education and employment, and potentially reduces the rise of involvement in gun violence.”
